- PACIFICO COLONIAL : Manuel Antonio Main beach is a 5 minute drive. There is public transportation available outside our front door.
- VILLA EL CANTICO : Manuel Antonio Main beach is a 7 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Biezans Beach is a short 8 minute walk.
- CASA SONIDOS DEL AGUA : Manuel Antonio Main beach is a 10 minute drive. There is a small beach called "Playa la Macha" 10 minutes walk away.

| Yes, all of our properties come with linens, blow dryers and pool/ beach towels,washer and dryer. At Pacifico Colonial shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. |

- Casa Sonidos del Agua is a 6 minute drive to SuperJoseth and the ATM in Manuel Antonio as well as about 7-8 great restaurants. Ronny's Place is just a 2 minute walk.

| Depending on your adventure level, there are tours for everyone. We have found that the zipline tour, whitewater rafting, ATV, Catamaran snorkel tour, Jetski & Snorkel tour, and the Guided Manuel National Park tour are the most popular. |
| 9. Is the price for Sportfishing in Costa Rica per person or for the boat? |
| The price is for the whole boat which generally holds 4-6 people. |
| 10. Is there any nightlife close to the properties? |
| Yes, there is nightlife close to all the properties and in Quepos. Our concierge will be happy to tell you about the best places to go out to eat, sunset happy hour, or for dancing. |
| 11. What health precautions do we need when traveling in Costa Rica? |
| By far the biggest risk in Costa Rica is related to the less-than-modern roads, and the less-than-careful Costa Rican drivers. This risk can be minimized by driving only during daylight hours until you become accustomed to the driving conditions, wearing seat belts, and trying to take your longer drives in the morning if traveling during the rainy season. Other possible health concerns may include:· Water Water is safe to drink in most of Costa Rica. However, bottled water is recommended for new-comers. Insectsand Mosquitoes are usually not a problem. Bug spray is often useful at sunrise or sunset during the rainy season, when the "no-see-'ems" especially enjoy a nip of your feet and legs. |

| A hospital managed by the Costa Rican government is located 15 minutes from the properties. In addition, bilingual private doctors are available 24/7 for any kind of emergency. |
| 13. How do we get around if we do not have a car? |
| Public taxis are readily available. The town of Quepos is just a 10-minute taxi ride (2.5miles) fromall of the properties. ($5-6) The public bus stops in front of Pacifico Colonial about every 30 minutes. (240colones/pp and the bus driver provides change). |
| 14. During which months does it rain most in Costa Rica? |
| Costa Rica's Pacific coast enjoys a classic, predictable monsoon climate - i.e. there are only two distinct seasons: rainy and dry. Normally the rainy season runs from mid-April to mid-November. During this time, mornings are usually clear and it often rains in the early evenings. |
